Where have I been?

This is, at the moment, and in no particular order a living document growing as I remember the airports through which I have passed.  I know all have changed, as have I, over the years.  In 1968 the terminal at Sky Harbor International airport in Phoenix was a single story building.  Passengers waited inside till departure time then walked across the tarmac and up the stairs to board their flight.  I believe that building still stands at PHX but that is the only “old” part of the airport.
